We have used Ginger Mutts as daycare for our dog Milo since the first COVID lockdown. As 2 doctors working within the NHS we needed to work normally throughout each of the lockdowns and Ginger Mutts allowed us to do this in a safe and stress free manner.

We continue to use Ginger Mutts on a weekly basis and for covering some extra days we need to work. Ginger Mutts have always been extremely flexible to our needs, sometimes having to pick up later than planned due to work.

The drop off is quick and easy, and worked out to minimise noise and disruption to the local area.

It is the perfect environment for Milo with the consistency of the Ginger Mutts team and the familiar surroundings of the house. It is literally his second home.

The communication is excellent via dedicated individual WhatsApp group and live feeds on Facebook.

We would struggle to sort out Milo while we are at work without such an excellent, professional and flexible service.
